About Trundle

Trundle, The Troll King, is a powerful fighter, juggernaut, and tank champion in League of Legends who is mostly played in jungle and toplane of Summoner's Rift. First released on December 1, 2010 during Patch 1.0.0.106, Trundle has become known for their melee playstyle and physical damage output.

With 8 unique skins available, Trundle offers plenty of customization options for players who enjoy this champion. Trundle has a good amount of skins, including some really nice reimaginings of the character.

As a champion who uses Mana as their resource, Trundle brings a unique set of abilities to League of Legends that makes them a great champ for any team comp.

Gameplay style

Trundle is primarily played as a fighter/juggernaut/tank, leveraging their melee combat style to dominate in jungle and toplane. Since their release in Patch 1.0.0.106, players have come up with a bunch of different strategies and builds to maximize Trundle's potential.

As a physical-focused champion who uses Mana to cast their abilities, Trundle requires players to carefully manage their resources while positioning effectively to deal maximum damage. The champion's design makes them particularly effective against opponents by absorbing damage and disrupting enemy formations with CC.

Trundle's story

Trundle is a hulking and devious troll with a particularly vicious streak, and there is nothing he cannot bludgeon into submission—not even the Freljord itself. Fiercely territorial, he chases down anyone foolish enough to enter his domain. Then, his massive club of True Ice at the ready, he chills his enemies to the bone and impales them with jagged, frozen pillars, laughing as they bleed out onto the tundra.
