How do you get the 2016 Worlds Pick'em Poro 1?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by completing the Group Stage mission by the start of either groups or knock-out games during the 2016 Worlds event.”
Is the 2016 Worlds Pick'em Poro 1 still available?
No. Riot tied the 2016 Worlds Pick'em Poro 1 to 2016 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
