How do you get the 2019 MSI G2 Winners Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “G2 Commemorative icon for winning MSI 2019.”
Is the 2019 MSI G2 Winners Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the 2019 MSI G2 Winners Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
