How do you get the 2020 Odyssey Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was an exclusive reward from participating in the 2020 Worlds event.”
Is the 2020 Odyssey Icon still available?
No. The 2020 Odyssey Icon was a reward for taking part in the 2020 Worlds in-game event. Riot does not run past events again, so it cannot be earned anymore.
