How do you get the 2023 TCL Spring Icon?
It was an esports viewing reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was available through in-game drops and for purchase in store.”
Is the 2023 TCL Spring Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the 2023 TCL Spring Icon to 2022 (esports reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
