How do you get the 3-Star Awesome Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned through the TFT Beta Pass”
Is the 3-Star Awesome Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the 3-Star Awesome Icon to 2019 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
