How do you get the Ahri Portrait Icon?
It unlocks through account progress. Riot's description in the client reads: “Given to new players who chose Ahri in the Tutorial. Also available for Blue Essence in the store.”
Is the Ahri Portrait Icon still available?
Yes. Riot does not list the Ahri Portrait Icon as a legacy icon, and it unlocks through account progress.
