How do you get the Bardnik Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in the 2017 Cosmonautics Day event (Russia region exclusive). This icon was also made available for purchase in all regions for a limited time during 2017.”
Is the Bardnik Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Bardnik Icon to 2017 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
