How do you get the Bot Welcome Poro?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “Purchased as part of new role-based bundle packs.”
Is the Bot Welcome Poro still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Bot Welcome Poro to 2019 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
