How do you get the Crystal Hug Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was earned by obtaining 34 Pick 'Ems points.”
Is the Crystal Hug Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Crystal Hug Icon to 2021 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
