How do you get the Darius Portrait Icon?
It unlocks through account progress. Riot's description in the client reads: “Given to new players who chose Darius in the Tutorial. Also available for Blue Essence in the store.”
Is the Darius Portrait Icon still available?
Yes. Riot does not list the Darius Portrait Icon as a legacy icon, and it unlocks through account progress.
