How do you get the Donor Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired by supporting the 2020 COVID Charity Bundle.”
Is the Donor Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Donor Icon to 2020 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
