How do you get the Dragon Boat Poro 2023 Icon?
It was released during a limited-time event. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired during the Dragon Boat Festival 2023 event”
Is the Dragon Boat Poro 2023 Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Dragon Boat Poro 2023 Icon to 2023 (limited-time event), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
