How do you get the Dragon Boat Poro Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was released in the store for purchase in 2019, and was also available as a mission reward during the Sweet and Savory versus event.”
Is the Dragon Boat Poro Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Dragon Boat Poro Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
