How do you get the Ekko Candy Icon?
It was released during a limited-time event. Riot's description in the client reads: “Unlocked during the 2018 Worlds Event.”
Is the Ekko Candy Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Ekko Candy Icon to 2018 (limited-time event), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
