How do you get the Excuse Me? Icon?
It was an esports viewing reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Gained from Esports rewards when watching games on LoLEsports.com or by taking part in missions and competitions.”
Is the Excuse Me? Icon still available?
No. The Excuse Me? Icon was an esports viewing reward: it dropped to viewers who watched LoL Esports broadcasts or completed LoL Esports missions in 2022. Past drops are not handed out again, so it cannot be earned anymore.
