How do you get the Fan Club Icon?
It unlocks through account progress. Riot's description in the client reads: “Unlocked by reaching Level 3 in the 2019 Summer Esports Watch Missions”
Is the Fan Club Icon still available?
Yes. Riot does not list the Fan Club Icon as a legacy icon, and it unlocks through account progress.
