How do you get the Galaxy Slayer Zed Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by purchasing the Galaxy Slayer Zed Set in the store.”
Is the Galaxy Slayer Zed Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Galaxy Slayer Zed Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
