How do you get the H-28G Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in a Brazil region-exclusive event in 2018 or purchased in other regions during 2018.”
Is the H-28G Icon still available?
No. Riot lists the H-28G Icon as a legacy icon. Legacy icons are out of regular rotation and return only during occasional events or promotions.
