How do you get the High Noon Irelia Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was released as a bundle exclusive during the 2020 High Noon event.”
Is the High Noon Irelia Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the High Noon Irelia Icon to 2020 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
