How do you get the Hungry Poro Prophet Icon?
It was an esports viewing reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in the 2015 Worlds Pickems' event and receiving 34 points or more.”
Is the Hungry Poro Prophet Icon still available?
No. The Hungry Poro Prophet Icon was an esports viewing reward: it dropped to viewers who watched LoL Esports broadcasts or completed LoL Esports missions in 2015. Past drops are not handed out again, so it cannot be earned anymore.
