How do you get the iG Irelia Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Honoring Duke's winning Irelia in the 2018 World Championship.”
Is the iG Irelia Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the iG Irelia Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
