How do you get the iG Rakan Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Honoring Baolan's winning Rakan in the 2018 World Championship.”
Is the iG Rakan Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the iG Rakan Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
