How do you get the Ionia Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by completing an Ionia-related mission in 2018 or during the release of the Runeterra map.”
Is the Ionia Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Ionia Icon to 2018 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
