How do you get the Jungle Welcome Poro?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “Purchased as part of new role-based bundle packs.”
Is the Jungle Welcome Poro still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Jungle Welcome Poro to 2019 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
