How do you get the LCS Spring Split Finals Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by completing the LCS Spring Finals 2019 mission or purchased in store”
Is the LCS Spring Split Finals Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the LCS Spring Split Finals Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
