How do you get the League Client Update Alpha Reward?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in the League Client Update Alpha in 2016.”
Is the League Client Update Alpha Reward still available?
No. Riot tied the League Client Update Alpha Reward to 2016 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
