How do you get the LEC Burst Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was made available through the purchase of a special bundle.”
Is the LEC Burst Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the LEC Burst Icon to 2023 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
