How do you get the LEC Crackle Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was made available through the purchase of a special bundle.”
Is the LEC Crackle Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the LEC Crackle Icon to 2023 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
