How do you get the LEC Gale Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was made available through the purchase of a special bundle.”
Is the LEC Gale Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the LEC Gale Icon to 2023 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
