How do you get the LLA Opening Split Finals Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by completing the 2019 LLA Opening Split Finals mission or purchased in store”
Is the LLA Opening Split Finals Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the LLA Opening Split Finals Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
