How do you get the Lux Portrait Icon?
It unlocks through account progress. Riot's description in the client reads: “Given to new players who chose Lux in the Tutorial. Also available for Blue Essence in the store.”
Is the Lux Portrait Icon still available?
Yes. Riot does not list the Lux Portrait Icon as a legacy icon, and it unlocks through account progress.
