How do you get the Major Catch! Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was earned by obtaining 50 Pick 'Ems points.”
Is the Major Catch! Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Major Catch! Icon to 2021 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
