How do you get the Obsidian Dragon Sett Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was released as a bundle exclusive during the 2020 Worlds event.”
Is the Obsidian Dragon Sett Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Obsidian Dragon Sett Icon to 2020 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
