How do you get the Pick'em Poro Forecaster?
It was an esports viewing reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was earned by reaching the Gromp tier in Worlds 2020 Pick'em.”
Is the Pick'em Poro Forecaster still available?
No. The Pick'em Poro Forecaster was an esports viewing reward: it dropped to viewers who watched LoL Esports broadcasts or completed LoL Esports missions in 2020. Past drops are not handed out again, so it cannot be earned anymore.
