How do you get the Pick'em Poro Sage?
It was an esports viewing reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was earned by reaching the Ancient Krug tier in Worlds 2020 Pick'em.”
Is the Pick'em Poro Sage still available?
No. The Pick'em Poro Sage was an esports viewing reward: it dropped to viewers who watched LoL Esports broadcasts or completed LoL Esports missions in 2020. Past drops are not handed out again, so it cannot be earned anymore.
Pick'em Poro Sage is one of the rarest LoL summoner icons.
