How do you get the Poronaut Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by participating in the 2019 Cosmonautics Day event (region exclusive), or purchased in other regions.”
Is the Poronaut Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Poronaut Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
