How do you get the PROJECT 2021 Capsule Bundle Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired as a bundle-exclusive in 2021”
Is the PROJECT 2021 Capsule Bundle Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the PROJECT 2021 Capsule Bundle Icon to 2021 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
