How do you get the PROJECT: Reckoning Pass Icon?
It came in a bundle. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was released as a bundle exclusive during the 2019 PROJECT event.”
Is the PROJECT: Reckoning Pass Icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the PROJECT: Reckoning Pass Icon to 2019 (bundle), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
