How do you get the Resolve Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was an exclusive reward for participating in the Season 2023 event.”
Is the Resolve Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Resolve Icon to 2022 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
