How do you get the Rune Book Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was an exclusive reward for participating in the Season 2023 event.”
Is the Rune Book Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Rune Book Icon to 2022 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
