How do you get the Scattered Nebula Icon?
It came from Hextech crafting or loot. Riot's description in the client reads: “An icon crafted with the 125 Mythic Essence shop item.”
Is the Scattered Nebula Icon still available?
Maybe. The Scattered Nebula Icon was sold in the Mythic Shop for 125 Mythic Essence. Mythic Shop items rotate back in, so check the current rotation.
