It was sold in the League of Legends store. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was acquired by purchasing the Sentinel Runespirit Species Egg!”
Is the Sentinel Runespirit Icon still available?
Riot does not list the Sentinel Runespirit Icon as a legacy icon. Store icons rotate, so check the store in the League client.
