How do you get the Sisters of Justice Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Earned by playing a game with Kayle and Morgana on the same team, or by winning 5 games.”
Is the Sisters of Justice Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Sisters of Justice Icon to 2019 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
