How do you get the Spirit Bonds Riven Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “This icon was earned through missions during the 2020 Spirit Blossom event.”
Is the Spirit Bonds Riven Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Spirit Bonds Riven Icon to 2020 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
