How do you get the SSG Rakan Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Honoring CoreJJ's winning Rakan in the 2017 World Championship, SSG Rakan takes off with plenty of style.”
Is the SSG Rakan Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the SSG Rakan Icon to 2018 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
