How do you get the SSG Xayah Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “Honoring Ruler's winning Xayah in the 2017 World Championship, SSG Xayah moves through her skills with poise and tradition.”
Is the SSG Xayah Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the SSG Xayah Icon to 2018 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
