How do you get the Star Guardian Event Icon?
It was a mission or event reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “A milestone mission exclusive 2022 Star Guardian icon.”
Is the Star Guardian Event Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Star Guardian Event Icon to 2022 (mission reward), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
