How do you get the Star Guardian Pass Icon?
It was an event pass reward. Riot's description in the client reads: “An event pass bundle exclusive 2022 Star Guardian icon.”
Is the Star Guardian Pass Icon still available?
No. Riot tied the Star Guardian Pass Icon to 2022 (event pass), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
