How do you get the Stocking Blades icon?
It was sold in the League of Legends store. Riot's description in the client reads: “Purchased 500 RP during 2012 Snowdown event”
Is the Stocking Blades icon still available?
Probably not. Riot tied the Stocking Blades icon to 2012 (store purchase), and it does not normally bring back past event rewards or bundles.
